So, this is a remix/manipulation of In Prince's Rein by *faile35. It was originally posted in my old ~patt3rnspid3r account but per his request I'm reposting it here.
I've called it The Reins of Kahn as a cunning reference of both the Star Trek and the Jungle Book villains of that name because it's now a picture of a Rakasha (from the future!) with a trill and a vulcan at the foot of his throne. The modification to the back of the throne is another Trek reference, but mostly it's there to help convey a futuristic vibe.
You'll notice that the woman lying supine in front of the throne has a different skin tone to the original pick - this is to reflect that Vulcans have green blood, so should have a different tinge to pale skin.
